Hi Team,
I had bought TATA Harrier XZA+ Dark edition from dealer Pramukh Tata Motors, Navsari, Gujarat on 10th june 2022. During delivery time, car had so many minor dents on body and i refused to take a delivery with dent car.
Eventually, they took extra cost Rs. 5000/- from me to do coating on it. They have not provided me any bill for this amount. I am very disappointed that why should i pay if there were dents on car body delivery time. TATA dealer should provide me New car or they should fix dents by themselves.
Adding that, Dealer had not provided diesel, which run for 5KMs also. Car had stopped after 5KMs and Diesel pump was around 10Kms away. Dealer sales person confirmed that car has enough diesel to run for 10KMs. Car has stopped and dealer refused to help in that case. I wasted so much time and arranged diesel myself.
I am very very disappointed with this service and behavior of TATA dealer Sales person. I hope that team can work and reach out to me to conclude this complaint.
