I was travelling in my brand new tata hexa after 2nd service (The 2nd service was done when the car mileage was showing 1950 km,) from mumbai to nasik on 25th jan 2018, horrible things happend, night 8 pm just 5 km before kalyan with burning smell clutch, break and excel all stoped working on the mid of high way, luckly we escaped.
More horrible thing is when we called the so called 24x& service center they start doing lot of enquarry,
1st they told us this car is not registered,
2nd surprisingly they said color didnot match (Pathetic their record keeping system)
3rd when i ask they ask them to take it they refuse to connect it with towing.
4th even after giving the complain registered number [protected] they didnt send any man.
And when ever i am calling them even today i. E. 27th jan they are asking all details, in stead of going by the complain number. And car number
Till date no one is attending the problem
Its a pathetic co i will go to consumer court to teach them a lession.
The car un only 1900+ km and this thing happend in 6 month time since i purchased it on 9th june 2017

Tata plz meet me in court why should i pay for the towing services for a new car, why after 2nd services after running only 1900+km my car is damaged in mid of high way and why you are not responding, i want complete replacement of car or i want all answer in court.
I will also make sure to tell all not to purchase any car from tata, in all social medium and i will post banner in front all tata show room about ur efficency.
With all recorded evidence like video and call conversation i am ready to show the world how great ur tata
