Tata Motors — tata hexa mt service issue of marina motors

I have purchased a tata hexa
My complaint is that the service rendered by marina motors is pathetic and not responsive.
I had some issues like, which they simply skipped and washing was not proper neither the interior nor the exterior. My car enter the service station at 9.25 am and they delivered me at 5.30 pm, no systematic approach, i have to follow every now and then by completely sitting there, and the best part is that they are harsh at some times when asked few concerns.
