Client - adishakthi cars private limited (Tata motors) Avaragere village, pb road, Davangere - 577002, next aradya steel factory (Map) Phone - 91 [protected] Incident date -21-sep-2018 Description - i did recommended to buy tata hexa at davanagere karnataka on jan 1st 2018 for my brother-in-law. Today when he was driving from davanagere to bengaluru. The steering got jammed and the vehicle was towed to the nearest tata motor service station. They said the some belt has gone, i dont understand being a new car the steering has been jammed so we are now scared to use this car because in a highway if we are driving in a speed and steering wheel gets jammed which may lead into accident which may cost our lives. From this we come to know that there is no safety and we lost trust on tata vehicles.. Please investigate this issue and let us know the permanent resolution and root cause of the issue.
