I had purchased a new Tata Indica eV2 LS model (White) from Fortune Cars Pvt Ltd Thane in the month of July 2016. It hasn't even been a month and my car has broke down twice. I had given it for service on the 16th of August and they said there is no complaint. The very next day my car showed engine problem and i had to give my car for service. After 2 days i get a revert from them saying "it might be a ECU problem". Not only did they take 3 days to identify the problem, they were not even sure if it was the real cause. Moreover, they said it will take another 6 days for the car to be given back to me (this was also if the problem really was in the ECU)
I had to suffer a loss of almost 2500/day due to this negligence by the Fortune Cars service team which is more than 20, 000! Not only that the mental torture i had to go through because of this incidence cannot be explained. What sort of compensation is Tata Motors and Fortune Cars going to bear for this? A new car breaking down twice within a month plus an additional 20k+ loss! Was this information helpful? |
