My self sandesh, iam running a construction industry in trivandrum.iam writing this mail in deep concern for my indigo which had met with an electrical short circuit which led to wiring kit damage
i had given my tata indigo regno:KLO1AZ 5530 for some repair works (insurance work- wiring got burnt)
in tata dealership kulathunkal motors at 12.05.2014.as per the service advisor biju he promised me delivery within two weeks as the wiring & related parts needs only two days of work.i contacted him several times and he keep on changing the delivery time,
At last when i went and contacted biju on 08.07.2014 at kulathunkal motors trivandrum almost two months later he said he had not received the parts still now and he needs another two weeks more for arranging the parts.
i am stuck up for around two months now, i have another brands of cars and any problems like this even major repairs for another brands are not taking more than two weeks, then why in my case it is getting delayed for around 75 days as they have only two days of work to do in my car and the dealer is waiting for parts for two months?
Does it require two months for parts to transfer from pune to trivandrum?
Can you take up the issue in priority and arrange to give the vehicle to me by 22.07.2014 as last promised date by the service advisor.as many of the customers i met in the workshop told me that tata customer care service is one of the best, so i thought of lodging a complaint.
