We paid 5000/-cash (18 apr to sumit kumar) +1, 69, 600 (Account transfer ac no.-[protected] on 30 apr 2018) rest 4, 70, 000 finance by cholamandlm. We received delivery on 1 may 2018. From that day we are chasing for all documents (Tr no. & owner book). Now owner accepting that due to some mistakes by their employee they did not prepared doccuments and now they asking additional 50, 000 for owner book.
