Dear concern,
I hv placed my vehicle on your reputed service center in chaibasa city of jharkhand starte on from 2 week. But painfully i want to inform u that till now i haven't received my vehicle.because of mishandling of service center staff the engine broke down. Whenever i call on ur helpline or on ur service center every time their reply is we are talking about this.service center says we are talking about this and asking to take broken vehicle home. My question is i hv purchases a commercial vehicle from ur renowned company for earning purpose. But i m sorry to say that ur after sale service is totally third class. Please tell me who will bear the loss for these days, as i hv to pay the installments also. I think if this continues i won't be able to survive in this line. Please do something.
