Tata Motors — Tata Motors Delivery delay (KHT Motors Whitefield)

I had booked TATA nexon XZA+(O) model through KHT whitefield bangalore on 7th August 2022, Last movement they said that they can not deliver the (O) variant due to discontinue of the variant from TATA motors. This left us with little alternative but to purchase the more expensive XZA+(P) model, and they committed delivery December 22, 2022, i would receive the vehicle. but inspite of multiple following up I did not receive the allotment of vehicle as per the commitment. Already 10% advance and purchase order placed from leasing company.
