I booked Tata nexon car. It has been4 month I am waiting for the delivery. I booked this car from Aarya tata motors, Gurgaon showroom. As per showroom manger he always say that he is not getting cars from Tata motor's side. I raised a complaint to tata motors also. But there is no solution provided. I just got one apology email and nothing else. Problem is still there. They are even not able to tell a fix date when they can deliver the car. Every time they just say call after a week.
Being customer I never faced such a service. I think tata should not fool people and promise that they will deliver car in few days. It seems like even I cancelled my booking they don't have any concern towards there customer. Was this information helpful? |
