I Joice Joseph, who owns Tata Nexon(KL17S2223) had a clutch complaint near Thrissur when I was returning home from Wayanad on November 29, 2022. I gave my car to HYSON MOTORS (P) LTD

Tel :[protected] for repair. After repairing it, they gave the car to me on December 5, which cost around 16, 116 rs. After 5 kilometers, the car showed some missing and was returned to Hyson Motors for further repair. Finally on 10 Th December, they agreed that they gave the car after repair by evening when they gave the car again some noise inside the engine again l could not get the car and l gave the car back for repair in same service centre. Now they are asking for 27, 000 rupees for further repairs. The car I gave just had a clutch complaint, but it had a lot of other complaints at the service center. What I understand is that the problem was created by the employees in the service center, who are not efficient in handling the vehicle parts. So I request that either Tata takes over the car by paying the full amount or the service center spends the rest of the amount to do further repairs.
