I had purchased a tata motors nexon on 16-03-19 from m/s malayalam vehicles india pvt ltd aluva - (Through vyttila branch). The model was xza+, 1.2 petrol, and klb09368. 3 days back, ie, 7 days from the date of its purchase, while running, at around 12.45 noon, the working of the engine was stopped and the vehicle stood motionless in hr middle of the road near perumbavoor. I tried to contact the sales person in malayalam motors via mobile no.[protected] and[protected]These are the only contact numbers available with me.). These mobiles were in switched off condition at that time. For god’s grace one of my friends obtained telephone number of concord motors perumbavoor. As per their advice i registered a service complaint (Complaint no.[protected]) through [protected]. It took 35 minutes to register a complaint. A technician came after an hour and informed me that he is unable to rectify the defect and vehicle should be towed to nearby service centre. I have opted concord perumbavoor, since it is near to the place where i am residing. The whole process ended by 17.15 hrs that day. I have got also courtesy call from concord. However the response of malayalam motors was not at all supportive.
They have informed on 25-03-19 that there a problem with the reverse sensor and it requires replacement and it will take few days to get the spares. Buying a new car and doing its breakdown repair within days of purchase is really a matter of worry for us.
For years, we were using hyundai cars. Recently when we decided to purchase a new car, we were impressed by the review of tata nexon and many of our friends also suggested this. On account of all these, we never thought of a second option other than tata while buying. It is our trust and confidence in tata that is really affected on account of the complaint occurred to the new one. A a car which has not even run for 110 km and its sensors being repaired is a matter which cannot be digested by us and is of great concern. We are totally worried about its future performance.
On account of this, we have no other option than to get the car replaced with a new one or get it repaired immediately. There is no point in advising a customer who has bought a new car to wait for a long period for repair works, for the reasons for which he is not responsible. I also request you to provide a spare car for my use till the vehicle gets repaired. The permanent registration of the vehicle is also pending. Please favour me with an immediate reply within 2 days.

Sir,
The above complaint was forwarded to the e mail id [protected]@tatamotors.com on 25 and 26th of march 2019. Till date i haven't received any reply. Thanks to your pathetic response. I haven't expected such an irresponsible act from a reputed firm like tata. Please try to respond else i would be forced to take legal remedies.
