My TATA Nexon EV Max got serviced yesterday[protected] at Ambattur Industrial Estate Service unit. It was a wonderful experience. The unit is huge and the personnel work tirelessly. Right from morning 9.30 till evening 7.30, they are very busy with the booking, taking complaints and clearing the vehicles. Vehicles are flooding in for service and they get cleared in a fast mode. They are trying their best to satisfy the customers. I think extra manpower may be provided to make the task easily achievable. Further, I can suggest that an extra unit may be installed, so that the vehicles may be addressed in an effective manner.
Here, I want to register my complaint against the negligence of service. Inside the bonnet, it was noticed by the technician while taking the complaint that rats were occupying there. But it is left untouched. In the upper part of the four tires, the mud was not washed.
It's said this is a free service and I'm billed for Rs.1851. Mr. Ilayaraja was very pleased, and this complaint is not against him. The whole team is responsible. But, this should be addressed. I'm ready to bring the vehicle again to fix the problem. Ensure a required minimum satisfaction. Hope for the positive response from your end.
