Tata Motors — Tata nexon infotainment not replaced under warranty

I bought a new TATA nexon Fearless +S purple dacelidt petrol manual car on 16th November 2023

My infotainment system keeps hanging and not working

It was not replaced by the service team even after diagnostic testing... they didn't want to replace a faulty product
