Hi,
I have booked my TATA punch adv Rhythm AMT on Nov 22, 2021 and after booked, the dealer told like 14-16 weeks time and still no update even after crossed 16 weeks waiting period. I have fed up to chase the dealer and TATA motors customer care to track my delivery and they simply saying will update soon. There is no transparency on the delivery tracking, even raised a complaint after one week they closed the complaint without any resolution.
I did not get any info how to bring this issue to higher management to resolve it.
TATA Motors need to look on this asap to gain customers.
Every Business runs on the customer trust and satisfaction if once they loose, other competitors will definitely cash the same.
Hope TATA Motors will focus and help on this soon...!!!
