I took delivery of My safari brand new on Oct 16 2023 [ TR was on Ocy 15 2023 ]
From Oct 17 onwards I have been trying to register for IRA but I keep getting an error that user is already registered.
When I contacted tata IRA support via service number they told me that this vehicle was previous registered on a different customer name on June 29, 2023 and was directed to contact dealership for which dealership replied that it was previously allocated to a different customer who backed off at the last moment and also there was mistake from someone that they also registered in IRA with this vehicles Chasis number and not only that I found that the 1 service interval was also claimed back in June for this chasis number safari by another customer.
Up until now I have been contacting both TATA motors customer care, iRA SUPPORT and Dealer ship ( Venkataramana Motors in Hyderabad) for the kyc and resolution on IRA registration to no avail.
the only email that ira support sends is a ticket number and after that nothing. I feel Tata motors is cheating customers with non working features and registering vehicles before the actual sale for numbers. Was this information helpful? |
