Tata Motors — tata tiago booking amount taken but car not available | |||
Hi I have booked a grey color Tata Tiago on 15 th of dec 2019 via chq of RS 25, 000. It's was through csd so final purchase order I have given them on 21st Dec 2019. On 21st they said they will give delivery on Monday but due to office reasons we asked them to deliver on Christmas. On Monday their official Abhishek called and said a branch have fallen on car so the delivery will be delayed .. for next 2-3 days they said they are arranging the car. But from Friday onwards they start saying They can't provide the grey color car with digital meter we have white so take white When we start protesting against it they started saying you have two options white or grey without digital meter. We met their GM on Sunday he misbehaved and said no branch thing has happened my executive has lied to you for sales. We don't have car take white or cancel the order. Finally after 2days of humiliation from the GM and VP of Tata motors Safdarjung Enclave we cancelled the order We request Tata to plz take necessary action against these cheaters so that again this will not happen with anyone else. A lot of efforts to buy the first car has all gone waste. And can't say if can trust Tata again Was this information helpful? | |||
