Tata Motors — tata tiago cancellation

I have booked my tata tiago on march before lockdown and paid rs 50000 in vijayabharathi auto mobiles tirupati and due to long duration taken for delivery and our situation we decided to cancel the booking. When i contacted the dealer he told he will not refund the full amount and it is their policy to withheld 10 percent of the advance and will only refund 45 thousand.
