I have booked the new tata tiago xz+ single tone white colour petrol bsvi model from "malayalam vehicles india pvt. Ltd." (Kattappana outlet, idukki, kerala) on 11th july 2020 by paying a token amount of rs 3000/- against their commitment to give me the delivery on a period of one and a half months.
As per my commitment all the documents and finance has been completed and waiting for the car to be allocated to proceed with the downpayment.
I enquired with the dealership about the delay in getting the car allocated and the excuse they provide is that there is no stock available in production plant which is causing the delay.
The same excuse has been repeated several times and this has made my first car experience totaly worse.
I have send a mail regarding the same to [protected]@tatamotors.com but i havnt received any reply from their end.
This experience has made be think of even cancelling the booking.
Expecting your replay on the clarification as early as possible.
