Dear Tata Motors,
This is to inform you I have purchased New vehicle of Tata Tiago xz plus on 26th October 2020 from Bellad Enterprise pvt Ltd Hospet. There is problem in vehicle battery( exide) has leaked and most of the parts are got damaged . I have visited Tata service center at hospet and met service station Manager Mr. Danesh Gurappnavar and he has provided stand by battery and said new battery will get by within 3 days . But still I have not recieved vehicle battery and I am really upset about service and parts which are damaged .
Request you to take this as primary priority and do the needful of change spare parts and Make arrangement of new battery(Exide).
