[Resolved] Tata Motors — tata tiago xza delivery issue | |||
Good morning to all, I have purchased a new tata tiago xza car from trivandrum tata motors dealer. And while purchasing the car sales team informed that they will deliver the car any where in kerala. Actually my native place is at calicut and currently working in trivandrum. On 31st may 2019, tata tiago xza car delivered by mr. Aravind, trivandrum motors from trivandrum to calicut (Night 11 pm). Next day morning while checking it is found that backdoor is having scratch. And i have informed mr. Arun and nishanth, trivandrum tata motors sales team regarding the issue. But i didn't get a positive reply from the team. And after that i have informed the same with sales manager and he simply told that they can't do anything on this case. And car delivery time its in good condition. Actually trivandrum motors only told that they will delver the car at calicut, otherwise i couldn't buy car from trivandrum. Almost 4 days left and no positive updates from tata motors dealer end. Scratch should occur between the delivery done from trivandrum to calicut by your driver. So i requesting you to transfer the amount for painting the back door of newly delivered tiago xza. So i requesting your intervention to resolve the case. Thanks & regards, Jisanth.
