I am having issues of service given by tata motors employees, As a Brand name we all prefer Tata motors but behaviour of their employees towards service is not at all remarkable
i had taken a Tata Tigor EV 2 months before and 10 days before i started issue of AC COOLING, called so many people but wasnt attended seriously by their side finally went to show room again after they confirmed the appointment after 4-5 days and now when its kept at service station from last 3 days they hadnt informed anything, instead giving reason like product not available etc, not telling at all that when i can get my car back (saying whenever it will done wil call you )
i mean how one can answer like this without TAT how one can take vehichle
and im having issues with my daily routine (for rain i had taken car but when its started im having nothing with me )
They should update customer about issues, progress and TAT SHOULD be given and if they dont know how much time its gonna take they should provide other vehichle then,
going to service station should be hassle free and it should be actually helpful. Was this information helpful? |
