I, n. Suresh kumar purchased a tata tigor xz copper dazzle colour, from trivandrum motors, thakaraparambu road, trivandrum oo 13/12/2017. After temporary registration number kl 01 dq (Temp) 6891, i was handed over the vehicle. On verifying the documents, to my horror, i found that the vehicle manufacturing date was april 2017. A nine month old vehicle was sold to me as brand new. As the vehicle was lying in the open yard for nine months, the paint on the roof top has started blistering. When this complaints were pointed out the crm agreed to look into. But no further action. When called, he will request to call later. When called again he will message that he will call back. This continued for a week. No action till date. Is it fair on the part of a dealer to turn a deaf year to the complaint by a customer? With this kind of customer service, tata can never hope to increase their market share, because i am afraid to recommend tata vehicles to my friends and relatives.
