I recently bought Tata tigor top model, and I was told I will get the car in 3 weeks, they just lied so I make payment and block my amount. And I got the car after numerous follow-ups after 2 months. However, this is not it to top it up, since I got a car I haven’t got my second car key since 2 months and before again they lied and said soon we will get the key.
And now they told us that they have shortfall of car keys. So, where is the accountability and responsibility that needs to be taken. Customer is buying top model car and such pathetic service is getting. I am really frustrated with Tata and will never buy or recommend anyone. Was this information helpful? |
