[Resolved]  Tata Motors — tata tigor xt petrol

I purchased tata tigor xt petrol in oct 2017.
I have been told that under any condition the milage will be 18 to 20 kmpl.
But even after 2 services, i am getting milage of 11 to 11.5 kmpl.

I even complaint about this at service center but did not get any concreate solution on this.

Purchased from ism automobiles, roorkee (U. K)
Vehicle reg. No. Uk 17 f 8901.

I think i made mistake by purchasing tata brand.

Need your expert openion on it and looking forward in getting the problem resolved.
