I have called showroom representative and his name is Mukesh he works in tata truenorth showroom Mayapuri delhi and. I have informed that my car left side mirror is damaged accidently and scratches on rear number from left side and they asked me to call them on monday means 9th August 2021 I have called them in morning on the same day to take claim for the same and guy stopped answering my call and then I went to showroom reported this issue to showroom head Mr Vishal and he had not taken any action and after lot of communication they have taken my car to repair and I have requested the showroom due to sudden death of my mother and father due to covid of have to go to my hometown to visit and I need it urgently on Friday they said yes after one day all the representative have stopped answering my call and after lot of my calls my call was answered by same person Mukesh nd I have asked the status of car repair he said my our services center paint machine isn't working and we don't hve parts to replace and then somehow I have manage to talk to Mr sushil truenorth showroom service center mnaager and he said me your car paint work is already started and mirror we will fit tomorrow and will give u the car tomorrow and I have asked me to sent the pic of my car so atleast I have surety about it and then the person stopped answering my call after that. This is really embarrassing and It feels like I have made a mistake to opt tata my second car and this is the actual condition of the showroom of tata and when I said them I will make a complaint on consumer court so they don't even care and started misbehaving with me really please help I want to take action against these people they have really broken my trust from tata, please help me
