I bought a tata saphire model car few years back. Before two months the airconditioner was not working. I took it to the authorised service center, shakthi motors services, madurai.
They repaired the air conditioner by replacing ALL the parts and charged me Rs 24000. But when the car came out for delivery,
I saw the cd player was not working.
The stairing was replaced in a wrong position.
When I enquired about that, they said the refitting fault is there and they have ordered a new stairing. When once I called them they said they received a new colour (Which they normally do).
Till now they took no initiative to rectify the mistake they have done. Daily I am calling them but they do not even attend the phone. Even if they attend they say, they are in the meeting and other things.
Because of the wrong alignment I am not able to take my car often and to long distances.
