Tata Motors — tiago z+ mileage issue and not satisfied with product. tata cheat me.

Dear sir,
I have purchased a tata car (Tiago z+ vehicle number kl 41 p 5934) 01/02/2019 we received the car. From the purchase month onwards we were complaint to the malayalam motors regarding the mileage issue. And no one sort it out the problem we were faced. The company told us 23 is the average mileage for the car. But from the month of purchase to till date we have get only 10 - 12 km per litre. Almost 10 km less from the company promised mileage. We change the service centre to sort the issue. We gone for focus motors. They also can't solve our issue. I think there is some manufacturing defects for our car. Z+ series we are taken first. Tata company please sort it out our issue. Actually we purchase tiago car based on the mileage only. But unfortunately we had bad luck. I am requesting you to solve the issue by take the car back and give a new car or solve the mileage issue with out paying any money. Because all free services we request them to clear the issue.
