Thankyou for the response, My Complaint has been resolved today and i have received the vehicle as well,
My Vehicle has been repaired and it is up to my expectation and i am satisfied by the work and support provided my Tata Motors Dealer Sankar Motors, Purnea.
This is to reIterate that I didn't face any issue in regards to sales and service of Sankar Motors, Purnea, in fact I am very much satisfied by their work and service provided by Sankar Motors and their team.
My complaint was on your Emergency Breakdown Services provided by "TVS Automobile Solutions Private Limited"
They were not providing Towing receipt to us despite numerous followups, we were told that the receipt will be emailed to us by TVS
if you will check my call log at tata customer centre you will find that i have been reminding they regarding the receipt on daily basis.
Today when I became adamant that I will not disconnect the Call unless and until I get the receipt in my mail, after speaking to senior personnel of Emergency services, they provided me with the receipt
This is again to highlight that the receipt date is of 15th JAN 2022, this means that they have raised the receipt just 2 days back and I have been complaining since last month on the same issue.
Anyways now i have received that Towing receipt and also have collected the vehicle from the service centre.
I would like to thank you all and specially tata sankar motors, purnea for the service.
