Tata Motors — trailer parts not available in guwahati or in north east region

this is to inform you that we have been lodging complaint to tata motors customer care office regarding for help for man power work for the purpose of repairing the 3516 model trailer which has been standing at Imphal, located in Manipur but no service has been provided till yet. It is very sad to say after having 30nos of trailers we are not having proper service from your side as we are facing many difficulties for purchasing trailer parts as it is not available in north eastern region. we have to wait for months to receive the parts and repair purpose.
