[Resolved] Tata Motors — tyre of new tata nexon xz+ diesel burst! | |||
I've purchased Tata Nexon XZ+ diesel model 2019 from SAMARTH MOTORS, GWALIOR, on 28th January 2019, same day evening one of the front tyre got teared. I've asked the manager about the problem and he told me, there might be some sharp object which might have come in contact with the car tyre, so it would've got teared, but as we're driving the road was totally smooth and no object ever came even near our car. Still the manager declined to accept our plea, even though had already sent him the photo of the teared on the side of the tyre. Now just yesterday again back side tyre hot burst in exact similar fashion as the previous one did. Now this can't be coincidence at all what are we supposed to do in these kind of situation if dealer himself isn't responding us properly. We've purchased this Car from Samarth motors Gwalior, but we're from Jabalpur, purchased it from there due to Gwalior mela. But still we shouldn't be cheated as we're feeling now. Why the Tata company is providing such bad quality tyre even the company is GoodYear company. I'm not able to digest that newly bought car's tyres are getting burst up like this? Is it a kind of scam or something? I need immediate assistance from the company as my two tyres are teared up in same way and it seemed clearly that quality of tyres are bad enough! If while driving someone would've faced an accident, what then! That's a real shame on such a Good company. Please take some action against the dealers and provide us well deserved good tyres.
