Tata Motors — Un resolved Issue with car purchased last year

Today after registering my complaint on below site, I received a call from one Mr.Arora (Mobile number [protected]) at 11.36 am from Tata motors Delhi. He Informed this car (E Series) was supposed to recalled by the company. It was not supposed to be sold to customer. He apologised for the inconvenience caused & to resolve the issue offered following: Replacement of this car with new car - CNG version Replacement of this car with Diesel version paying difference of amount Offering TATA voucher of Rs.40000/- Awaiting immediate response.
