I am Robin Prasad the owner of tata nexon xms which I have purchased on 28th December 2020 from Basudeb motors hazaribagh, jharkhand. I want to say that tata motors company had provided me 1 year extended warranty for late delivery of my vehicle. But till date I have not got. For this I have talked many times to sales manager but nothing information I got.
Recently I have called to territory sales manager which was suggested by [protected]@tatamotors.com but he is not answering my calls also when he picked up once he didn't was much helpful to me
he just ignored my issue and haven't done anything yet. I really want to know what's the problem of tata motors why they can't see that the relationship with customers should be more important than any job.
Lastly but not the least I just want my 1 year extended warranty which was said to provide me from tata motors but till yet it's more than 1 year I haven't got. Also please change the territory sales manager of jharkhand if possible as he don't know customer relationship and behaviour.
So I request you please solve my problem as soon as possible or get me a phone number to whom I can contact for my problem.
