Tata Motors — unsatisfactory service under accident policy and damage of back door by careless company staff | |||
Sir i have given my vehicle no rj 22 ua2655 on[protected] after i met an accident on 24th morning. I came from pali to jodhpur to deposit vehile to make it ok under insurance. On 2-1-18 at 12.35 i got amount rs178447 to be deposited on whatsapp of mr jha (Veerprabhu jodhpur). On 3-1-18 i have given cheque of the amount to mr ravi at tata outlet pali. I got message from mr jha... Gadi ok at 17.08 on 6-1-18 on whatsapp by mr jha. On 8-1-18 i went from pali to jodhpur m/s veer prabhu to collect vehicle at about 12 am. I set there till 3.30 pm and i was given vehicle at 3.30pm. During the period i gave them consent to put front iron guard which was removed in to my vehicle. The person of company took vehicle outside and i sat on drivers seat and took vehicle to chopasni housing board at my relative for lunch. When i parked vehicle there i tried to lock the doors with key but i could not. I checked all doors i found that back door was not completely closed and also it was in badly damaged condition. I was shocked to see that and i immediately called on phone to mr jha and told about this. I also sent him 2 photographs of damaged back doors on whatsapp at 15.33pm. I also found leftside mirror was out of adjustment and i could not adjust that as it was not functioning. (Enclosing two photographs) I had lunch and atonce went back to company at m/s veerprabhu and met mr jha and shown him both problems. He has given job to repair that left mirror wiring an there people did the same at about 6 pm. I shown him the damaged back door to him which was damaged by his people while handling my vehicle, s front iron guard and putting them inside the vehicle. Because of carelessness of his people doing job my vehicle, s back door was damaged. He assured verbally to do something concrete on it. Since it was evening and i have to go back to my home pali. I found that even painting was defective at many places which i have shown to mr jha. (Enclosing one of the photographs) Now i feel that i have been harassed... Your company staff have damaged my vehicle s back door and they did nothing so far. Even i have not been given concrete plan that how the damaged portion will be replaced by company and when? As damage is done by company staff in careless dealing and handling of recovered materials. I also want to mention the good behavior of mr jha and his staff but i am not so expert and i cannot tell you all kind of mistakes in my vehicle at once. I hope there will not be any further problems but even if i find i will again report them to you. At last it is requested that i should be given in writting that when the damaged portion (Damaged by company staff) will be replaced and the cost will be borne by company.
