I am a owner of TATA EV NEXON XZ PLUS. My vehicle number is KL54N8613. My Vehicle broke down in the middle of the road and I called the Tow service of TATA. They took the vehicle to the garage and they sais it needs battery replacement. They replaced the battery and returned my vehicle. The vehicle broke down again the very next day and I placed a Tow service call. The Yow service when came found that the Tow hook was damaged by the previous tow service and was not usable. Even after several call, for last three days my vehicle has not been taken to the garage and the tow service is not bringing proper hook. I would like to return the vehicle to the company and get my payment back so that I can get a vehicle with better service.
