This mail is in reference to the vehicle issue since purchased, I purchased vehicle in Feb 2020 and from very next day the vehicle started with multiple issues one of them was timing belt, then the vehicle was placed under maintenance in showroom they repaired and gave me back but again after some days again the same issue occurred and then they changed the timing belt directly and also I paid for it, but later on after some duration again the same issue occurred and my vehicle was in showroom for 1 month 10 days and they admired that the belt was not working properly it was damaging as working, the engineers in showroom admired the same issue then they changed the head of vehicle without my consent and charged me the bill of 82000/- rupees for nothing and main thing in this is that I have not earned a single penny out of this vehicle and now in what concern should I take risk of again repairing it as it's of no use, I tried to explain this issue to showroom authority but they reply in very simple manner that it's not our fault actually TATA MOTORS have cheated me and also not supporting me, such vehicle is of no use which is by default defected, now the issue is not of paying but the concern of humanity how one can cheat on large scale.
Because of this issue I didn't earned too much and 4 months loan amount bounced by which finance is also harrassing me daily now what should be done just because of such dump vehicle my loan credit got disturbed.
Is TATA MOTORS such kind of service provider that customer given bad treatment whenever try to find the solution, now I want a new vehicle in place of this faulty one or else I have to take necessary action on higher priority,
as I waited for 4 months but didn't got any solution from your side now what shall be done to make vehicle stand in showroom and pay unnecessarily to tata motors and finance can't you give any solution or exchange the vehicle. Was this information helpful? |
