I have bought Tata Altroz in March'2021 from Malayalm Tata Motors, Vytilla, EKM, Kerala. After just 2 years of service On Feb'2023 i have given the car for service(5th service) in Focuz Motors, Edapilly, EKM, Kerala. I had told them that there are issues with clutch and some other minor issues.
The representative from Focuz called me up and said that there are some issues with the clutch and that needs to be replaced and he is checking if the same can be replaced as the car is under warranty. After two days again the rep called me and said that gear box also has to be replaced. I asked him why it is getting replaced in just 2 years, for which he said 2 out of 100 cars will have these kinds of issues and as it is under warranty we can get it replaced. They have ordered for a gear box and the same was arrived after a week or so. I was told that I will receive the car the next day. But again the rep called me in the evening and said that the parts that was arrived is faulty and we had to reorder the same. Till now(after 23 days of giving the car to service) I have not received the vehicle and issue is still not fixed as the parts are not arrived yet.
I have not even received any RCA on why this issue happened for my car in just 2 years. Replacing clutch and gearbox is a very serious concern that too in just 2 years. I have lost trust in my vehicle now and now God knows what all faulty parts was fixed in my vehicle. There will be only one answer every time that 2 out of 100 cars will have some issues.
