[Resolved]  Tata Motors — Vehicle(407 HT) boght was damaged and not giving any attention to our complaint

Dear Sir, We are really sorry to mail you again, We have contacted the Area Service Manager, Cochin of your firm as per the information given by you. But we are unsatisfied with his response. He has promised us that he will contact us on or before Tuesday(04/06/2014).There is no reply from yet. We have already tried to contact him 3 or more times .But there is no response. We have never expected such a negligence from your company. So we kindly request you to take this issue more seriously and gave us a solution for this. Yours faithfully
