[Resolved] Tata Motors — very bad servicing | |||||
On 24th sept. I gave my tata tiago car for 3rd servicing as per routine procedure shraddha motors, bharuch, gujarat. I asked for pick up and drop facility. Service person came and noted all issues of my car and took it for servicing. After servicing they gave my car back on 25th sept. I was not at home at that time. They seemed to be in such a hurry that they didn't even bother to address my car's problems whether it has been solved or not. They hurriedly handed over the car to my wife and went away. One of my problems is still not solved.in addition to that they have damaged 1 item placed inside my car. On checking gutkha wrapper was found inside the car. I am telling you that i am highly disappointed with the service that i have received today from tata motors service centre. Now i come to know why tata motors servicing have got such a bad reputation. I think i have done a big mistake by purchasing a car from tata motors. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
