Tata Motors — Very very bad servicing | |||
I had given my Manza car for it's mandatory 60K major servicing on June 27, 2016 to Fortune Cars, Thane, authorised service center of Tata Motors. While delivering ater said service I came to know day after that they had literally cheated by way not doing what THEY OUGHT TO DO. I systematically raised my complaint and it was attended (they knew their BLUNDER). But when delivered back it CAME WITH, OUT OF THE BLUE, NEW PROBLEM OF CREATING NOISE IMMEDIATELY AFTER GETTING STARTED. In spite of writing TATA MOTORS, surprisingly, neither responding to mails, calls or getting it attended. And Fortune Car is INTIMIDATING to PAY FOR. Was this information helpful? | |||
