Tata Motors — warranty & servicing | |||
Since the delivery of a new bolt xms purchased cash on february 28th 2017, which is registered under py o5 b 8793 is immobile. The vehicle delivered on march 3rd 2017 is not at all used for the reasons given below: 1) rc book issued after 5 months. 2) registration certificate contains error. 3) due to rc issues the vehicle has never been serviced. 4) the vehicle does not have proper warranty documents. The vehicle has run 82 kilometers and remains immobile in my car shed for more than 6 months. My complaints remain unanswered. Neither tata motors customer care Nor tata motors regional officials have found a solution. I don't have any other solution rather than taking a judicial action. Please consider my case.
