Dear Sir/Ma'am,
This is with regards to my recent car purchase.
I have purchased and taken delivery of Tata Punch on 17th December 2021. On the same day I noticed a few scratches on the dashboard and the AC panel is loose and sliding in. I am attaching a photo of the same. I immediately brought the vehicle back to the showroom next day (18th December). However, the employees here are not helping and blaming me for the scratches and not taking any responsibility.
