I took my Nexon delivery on Jan 5th.
While taking delivery I found that the one touch driver power window is not working. I am not sure what quality of PDI tafe access is providing to customer ?
On Jan 7th, front tire got damaged ( not puncture) and the same is reported to Yusuf( sales guy) and Anuradha (Manager). On Jan 8th windshield crack was observed from the roof top side, the same has been informed to Yusuf and Anuradha.
On Jan10th, I visited the service center and met Yusuf, he took my vehicle for service after lot of quarrel. Till now no proper update is received from the team. If the service is this worst then I need to go for a different phase of handling this issue.
