Hi. I am Akaash N Baby...I am from Kerala (kannur dist)... Sorry to tell you, i got the worst experience from the service of new tata harrier XT + dark edition..(Kl 59 Y ****).. Just bought recently (2 months..). driven only 5000 kms... 2 days before I came to PAYYANNUR KVR DREAM VEHICLE SERVICE CENTRE for changing door wieding due to manufacturing defect... Morning 9 am i left my car there and evening 7 pm I got back... When I reached back my home, I got a sound like something scratching... I called the service centre and told the defect I faced, but since 2 days no one gavrb a proper advice... Next day one guy from service centre told "maybev some mud must have block over the drum ans Just clean it!" I went to the near showroom and they checked the issue wat i was facing... At that time I saw a plain break pad and lined drum of scratches...
That time I called the service centre and told the issue... The service centre which i shown ma car they told Due to the break pad manufacturing issue or else something happened from payyannur service centre... Because last time when I visited there, I faced issues regarding break tyre sound... It is also mentioned on the service paper
They are telling nothing can be done. I had to tow my car to service center and had to pay 15000 for the replacement.
I bought the vehicle with so much hope and dis wat I get. This is really pathetic. The Payyannur Service Centre is bluffing me. I didn't expect this from Tata Company.
I recommended the company to many of my friends. But really disappointed. The people in service centre are not at all cooperating. Not only here it is worst in every part of kerala wherever my friends are. They are complaining the same. I don't know about other states, but it is pathetic in Kerala. I need compensation from your side for what has caused. From almost three to four days I'm behind all these, compromising my work and all.
I have been deceived from Tata Company. So i humbly request you to provide me the compensation.
