I am a very big fan of tata products so became owner for 3 tata cars all are on my name using my personal, recently i owned a tata tigor petrol, now i am totally suffering with tata service response now my car ran 600 kms on that day 24 may 2020 i am travelling to my relative village along with my total family that is 10 pm i noticed petrol smell so immediately i tried to found from where it is then i saw petrol leak under my car it is very near to exhaust immediately i stopped my car then i believe i save my hole family from fire accident, today is 26 may 2020 two day over but no response from tata service team from local showroom than i informed to tata toll free number received complaint di after one day on my frequent calls i. E more than 10 times to toll free number post that i am again trying for help from local tata show room but still they are refusing to service, i never imagine such improper response from service team, for the past two days my car is parked at an un authorized un secured place, who is responsible for the issue, i can say this is a worst service and worst response Was this information helpful? |
