Tata Motors — worst tata service

Hello sir
This complaint is about the worst service (Regarding your complaint no. 1-[protected]) that i felt from your dealership. From start to this point i faced a lot of issues problem for this car. When i was purchased this car from dwarka showroom on 23rd june they have some commitment about the discount and the accessories but that time also your dealers have not completed their commitment. That time we manage, but this time i cant.

This is the really worst experience i felt from your side. Let me tell you what is actually happened
On 22nd of august, i was met with an accident in dehradun and that’s why i have to send my car in your dehradun dealership to get serviced and repair works. And we came back to delhi as my husband and i and my son got injured during the accident. So we were admitted to the hospital. They asked us for the documents to send it by courier we did that. But after some days when we call them to get the know the update, they told me that they didn’t get the documents and give the advice to send it in the mail. We have done that also. They told me they will repair my car within 10 days as the paperwork will complete. So i called them after 10 days to get my car back. But the same issue, they were just like your papers is not completed it will take some time more.
But now they are saying that they have tried to contact me many times. But its a total lie. They all have my contact no email id and my address only as i have purchase car 4 months only, from the last four months more than the two months the car is standing in the oberai motors.
My question is from you, your dealership doesn’t have the responsibility to inform the customers if they are not got the papers or any updation policy for the customer. Or just your company wants that we will not call the customers let the customer ask for themselves???
If you cant take the responsibility to inform about the customer cars the why you are opening such service center, if your peoples don't do this simple work then how can i believe in your services.
If i will ignore the above-listed problems, i will tell you more about your dehardun workshops. When i got irritated from your services i called mr. Ds chauhan and told him that i am coming on this monday (Before diwali) to get my car, please ready my car before monday and all the necessary details. They told me ohk come to dehradun and get your car. We serviced your car completely and you have to sign some documents after that you will take you a car.
So my both son went to dehradun and what they saw is, worst service they have done. They don’t properly fix the dents or the bumper although they put some dents on the backside of the car. And all the doors locks got rusting in their locks. The central lock was not working and they are going to handover this car to me by saying that your car is ready. This is your wonderful service that you told the customers when they are purchasing tata car???
Please, i need all the answers from you, if you are also denying your responsibility to answer the customer then i will have no choice to go the consumer court.
Every time i have to call them to know the updates. They itself never call us to inform anything about the docs or something. And when we call them they have a fixed line that the paper is not completed and you have to send this that etc..

I don’t know, why they cant call us if there is some pending work. Why they always remind us when we call them only.
I am really upset about your services. And today is the date i still didn’t get my car and they are saying that it will take more time to complete it.
So now i don’t want that car because i cant trust on your services now, that i am sorry i cant accept that.
Please reply me asap, because you guys already wasted so much time to deliver my car
Its a insult for me and my family to purchase car from tata motors.
I have also planned to purchase your tata nexon. But after this incident, i will never buy any car from tata in future and i will also tell about this incident to my relatives about this incident, a few months later my friends also suggested not to buy tata car because of their service. But i have made a mistake.
Your manager ds chauhan has sent mail to me. He is lying that car is ready on 13oct. How can it be possible as i have also visited the service station on 15oct but the car had not ready i have all the proof. Your helpline also never called me.
I am so frustrated with your tata service
There is no other word left for me and also at the end i will not thank you as you don't deserve it.
