Tata Motors — Zero customer satisfaction | |||||
My name is Kamal Gambhir. I bought one Indica from Tata Motors back in last year. This year in March i made a plan to buy 2 more Indica, one for me and one for my brother. 3 months ago, I paid 20, 000 for the booking amount. Due to some financial issues, i was not able to afford them so i asked the guy Abhilash from Concorde Motors in Patparganj, Delhi, to refund my amount. I gave him a copy of cancelled check and a written letter for refund. Abhilash told me that this process takes 1 week only and i will get my money back via check. Now its seriously embarrassing for me to say that its being around 2 months and i haven't got any thing. He is just making me run around. Now he has stopped picking up my call as well. its so embarrassing that i am facing these problems with a reputable company like Tata Motors. I want to bring this problem in your kind notice so that you can take appropriate action against it. I don't want any one else to face the same problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||
