I have purchased dream car tata zest xt on 16 may 2017, last night that is on 13 june 2017 i have called helpline and registered emergency breakdown. Since the car is in warranty period customer care assure me i didn't have to pay any money for the service and the car have been towed to khamla service station nagpur. Today i received call from khamla service station and they told me that the clutch plate has been burnt and i have to pay money for the repair. I had a bad experience about tata motors service, they do not provide any assistance to the customer after the purchase of car. The helpline of tatamotors is useless and had person on helpline with insufficient knowledge. For any question helpline answer is "sorry for inconvenience" or "contact to dealer". Very sadly i came to the conclusion the company does not care for their customer. Was this information helpful? |
