I am a subscriber of Tata Play (Sub ID [protected]), erstwhile Tata Sky. A new package was offered over phone which I didnot accept. Received an sms that Tata Binge services package worth Rs 199 has been added on 12.07.2025 and the amount deducted. I noticed the same on 15.07.2025 and immediately called the customer care - the response was that I had activated the same through my mobile and I should cancel the same through it. Today the customer care called the money cannot be refunded. They are insisting that I had subscribed for the same, which is not at all true. Request your advise on the same. Though amount is nominal nut I want to voice my concern against this malpractice.
