On 2nd Nov:
I have raised a small complaint of one channel not visible and Tata Play technician came on 6th and made a mess of everything. No channel is visible on any of my 4 multiroom tv boxes since 6th Nov 2023.

I am talking to customer service almost daily but no technician has called or visited till now.

My Work orders are being mysteriously being closed … till now 4 of the work orders have been closed without any action or any technician visit.

    When my recharge account was finished I contacted Tata play associate on their toll free number [protected], their associate told that you can enjoy one year on 1661.
    When I recharged Rs 1670, debited Rs 1225 and activated the pack for 6 months, the remaining Rs 444 are refusing to give refund.
    Their associate said you have an offer but now they are saying we don't have any offer like that. They credit and also debited on their own without sharing any details.

      Complaint against rude behavior of Service vendor guy

      Raise a complaint against No signal in my home TV. Tata Sky Vendor person is rude while taking with me and I told him to close the case when I did my basic test and it was working fine.

      Unauthorised debit from annual subscription paid.

        I did recharge on 5th of Jan2023 to reactivate Tata Play Bing service with the help of Bing app and used phone pay app. After doing recharge still I was not able to see bing services. So I called customer for the purpose. So they checked from their side that recharge is done or not of Rs. 199/-. SO they said recharge is successful and I will activate from their side. After that I was see bing services. After 5-6 days I found that bing services charges deducted from my Tata Play account. So I called & raised 2 times complaint with tata play customer care. On 16th Jan they said you will get refund within 7 days. But till today I didn't get that. So again I called them, they asked to share bank statement to check whether I received refund or not. Next day(24th Jan 2023) I received call from them mentioning share transaction ID. So shared transaction ID from phonpay and also from bank account statement. So they said this is Tata Play transaction ID. But in actual on both transaction ID it's mentioned it's debited towards Tata Play. In short they denied with wrong reason.

            We have paid amount for the Tata play camera's on friday 2nd of September evening 4.15PM. After payment of the amount we have followed the process and booked slot for installation on 3rd September 2022 evening 5PM to 7PM. We have not seen any technician visit us, when we called the Customer care center we are told that the date scheduled has been changed to 10th September 2022 upon our consent. we have not received any call from them but the date has been changed. i have been calling the customer care center daily and trying to get updates. there is no proper solution given till date. the Team says they can only escalate the issue and do not know when the technical team will respond.

                I have already submitted a complaint twice regarding activation of binge Zee 5 Starter by
                Tata play without my consent/approval and a sum of Rs 59 deducted from my channel subscription balance amount unilaterally.
                This is highly objectionable.
                Though I had requested in my earlier complaints and also severally several times to deactivate the above and refund the amount, this has not been done still by tata play.
                Pl intervene and arrange to do the needful.

                      Dear Sir,
                      May I submit the following for your perusal and intervention.
                      For long We have been enjoying dual TV dish service from Tata Play. Recently, one set top box developed problems which was reported through helpline number. A technician (Mr. Kunal) from local service center was accordingly deputed who advised replacement of the SD box by HD box as the same was not available any more. This was agreed to as the other TV has also a HD box satisfactorily operating. The assistant of the technician brought out a HD set top box to put in place.
                      The technician suddenly told that in about a month or so, HD box is also being withdrawn by Tata Play and Binge will replace all. He advised to use Binge right now which is given on a trial basis till 30 June, 22 and can be replaced, if desired by me. He asked for my user id and password which I gave him.
                      After successful installation, the technician left advising me to contact service center in case of any problem.
                      Right from start we have been facing problems with this box and the remote as it is found very user unfriendly. None of my family members enjoyed handling the remote.
                      Accordingly, I raised a request for a replacement of Binge by HD box which was recorded and I was told to wait till the trial period i.e 30th June, 22.
                      To my surprise, I was sent messages falsely stating that I have requested for Tata Play Binge to be added.
                      On 1st July, I got a message that Binge has been added to my account. This happened in spite of my four requests ( which every next time your helpline executives deny) to replace Binge by HD.
                      On 02 July I received a call from Tata Play that Binge will continue till 30 July, 22. When I reminded the caller that it was to be replaced on 30 July, I was very rudely and blatantly told that it cannot be replaced by HD as there is no provision. Binge will be discontinued only after 30th July, 22. This came to me as a shock not only because of the substance of the talk but more by the attitude of the caller.
                      I was a trusted customer of Tata Play and vice versa but the recent incident jolted my faith. I and my wife are very senior citizens and we can not take it any more. Your local service center senior associate also could not help in that matter.
                      I therefore humbly request you to look into the matter seriously and take appropriate action to remove Binge+.

                        Tata Play Connection Not Working

                        Tata Play Connection Number - [protected] - is not working for the whole day - and even after multiple complaints - the issue is not resolved and neither the customer care or the service person is available. The Technician says he will come only on Monday- is it something free what we are given with - we pay for the subscription and not working for the whole day and customer care says two days without checking or reaching the permises....

                        I'm a current DTH TV Tata Play subscriber [protected].

                        On 23rd Saturday April 2022, the on-field technician named Vijay visited my residential place to replace the Tata Binge Firestick remote.                         DVB SSU + S Loader

                        Tata Play is not working. While switching on STB displaying "DVB SSU + S Loader New software being downloaded. do not switch off your box". Not getting downloaded to 100 percentage and everytime reprogressing to 1% after 10%. Switched off and on the STB thrice and replugged the adaptor as well.....

                        Charged without consent and only for typing new address
